The Encre de Chine candle is housed in a mouth-blown glass that has been painted deep black, giving it an extremely chic and decorative look. It owes its name to the mysterious black ink used in calligraphy. The scent transports you to a raw land of mysteries and traditions.

Always allow the candle to burn until the entire surface is liquid. This step can be long, especially during the very first burn. Once the wax is completely liquid, you can let the candle burn for a maximum of one hour. The layer of liquid wax should never be more than one centimeter high. Never exceed the maximum burning time indicated on the instruction label, and do not let it burn all the way to the end.
