1. What personal data do we collect?

We collect personal data that you actively provide to us (upon registration, ordering, or newsletter subscription) and data that is automatically generated when you visit our website.

• Payment data: exclusively processed by Mollie B.V. — we do not have access to your bank account number or credit card details

3. How long do we store your data?

We do not store your personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected:

• Account data: as long as your account is active, and up to 2 years after the last activity
• Order data: 7 years (statutory accounting retention period)
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe
• Technical log data: maximum 13 months

4. With whom do we share your data?

We only share your personal data with third parties when this is necessary for the provision of our services, and always under strict conditions.

• Mollie B.V. — payment processing. More info: mollie.com/be/privacy
• Logistics partners — for the delivery of your order
• Email service provider — for sending newsletters and transactional emails
• Google LLC — website analysis via Google Analytics 4
• Meta Platforms Inc. — via the Meta pixel for advertising purposes (see also section 6)

We never sell your data to third parties.

5. Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google LLC. Google Analytics places cookies to analyze your use of the website. The collected information is transferred to Google servers. We have entered into a processing agreement with Google.
