Regina Medeiros is a Brazilian glass artist based in Belo Horizonte. In 1988, she graduated in Drawing and Visual Arts from the Faculty of Fine Arts, São Paulo, and in Artistic Education from the Faculty of Fine Arts of São Paulo. At the time, ceramics was the artist's favorite medium, but she soon encountered limitations in this material that prevented her from realizing the designs she envisioned. This is when Medeiros began experimenting with glass art, and thus a new chapter in her artistic career began. All of Regina's designs are handcrafted and colored with oxides and gold components. Due to the artisanal production method, slight color variations may occur, which is the unique charm of handmade products.
